Retail Express was founded initially under the name BJ Roadfreight and Logistics, our key clients at the time being in the retail industry. Our client base has since grown to include that of IT, publishing and the entertainment industry. Retail Express has grown year on year since inception due to our client centric focus, good business ethics and distribution expertise.
Honouring our core values “acceptable” industry norms such as theft, lack of communication and only delivering on some key performance indicators are absolutely not tolerated. In true Retail Express style we honour our client’s needs, hence we are able to offer our clients rates based on a per kg, per box or per vehicle rate.
Enabling our clients to budget more effectively we also offer flat rates, these rates include a qualified PDP driver, fuel, toll gates, clearing fees (where applicable), express delivery and insurance with no hidden costs. We offer an express service with an economy price tag!
