About Us

I work with children, adolescents, adults and seniors facing challenges that effect their emotional well-being. I work with individuals, couples and families from within a Positive Counselling framework, with a Person Centered approach. This means that each session is developed around the specific person and their problems. I make use of Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, and Mindfulness techniques to assist my clients in reaching their goals.
