Every craftsman at Frankwood carpentry & joinery are CRB checked, have received asbestos awareness training and have a valid CSCS card allowing them to work in schools, hospitals and or construction sites. We have full public liability insurance and are proud members of Business Network International.

We offer a full design, manufacture and installation service for furniture and joinery. We use our own workshops to manufacture your requirements overseeing the project from concept through design and manufacture to installation. This process eliminates any misinterpretation of your wishes and ensures high standards and rigorous quality control.

To confirm your order we ask for a deposit to reserve a manufacturing slot and to purchase the raw materials. On commissions up to 50% deposit is required and then 30% at the project commencement, balance is due on completion. Whilst on larger commissions we require a third deposit, a further third halfway through the manufacturing and the balance on completion.
During the manufacturing you are welcome to contact us to be briefed about the production process. Whether your project is large or small we are on hand to answer any questions, ensuring that your project meets your exact requirements and is delivered successfully.
Pricing

The quotation you receive will contain a breakdown of labour, materials and any other costs such as electrician, parking and congestion charges. We do not quote low in order to be awarded the work and then add on extras to complete the job. The price quoted is the price payable.
