Wow. What an experience. Zandisile and the team drove all the way from Bellville to Riebeek Kasteel and were there at 7am. Everything was done to the highest standard. From the dress code to their friendliness and superb service. This was also ALL done at en extremely affordable rate. I would definitely without a doubt recommend them.

All I can say is wow! I had to move house sooner than expected due to the lockdown and Moving Chronicles really went above and beyond to make this happen. I was so stressed out having only two days to move and Zandisile and his team were so supportive. The service was excellent, prompt and extremely professional! I will definitely recommend them.

Had mixed feelings writing this review because the team that assisted me move were very professional, however Zandisile who I assume is the owner/operator, is unbelievably dishonest, despite what he claims on the business profile. Halfway through the move he started trying every trick in the book to extort more money over and above the quote. I strongly recommend you find an honest moving company to trust with your possessions, be very weary of Moving Chronicles

After receiving the request - I immediately called and asked for a comprehensive list of items. I proceeded to send you a formal quote after having confirmed the details surrounding the move - telephonically no boxes were mentioned and you said the apartment was on the 4th floor yet it was 9th floor and my team had to take a couch up the stairs to the 9th floor. An hour on the job, I contacted you to find a resolution to the extra items. At this point, you insulted me and called me names. I humbled myself. I sincerely offered to complete the move at no additional cost. However, you insisted that you will gladly pay the extra cost. I wish to appeal to have you remove this review, as it is not a reflection of what we at Moving Chronicles stand for. Nonetheless, I sincerely apologies that your experience with us was not pleasant.
