We are situated in Hillcrest Durban and do all kinds of upholstery. My Upholster Simba is a humble Malawian , who is a master at his craft. He is a quiet soul that works with a high standard and loves his work. Thanda my seamstress is so talented. She loves a challenge and loves to make new things. She sews beautifully and truly has a gift with sewing.
As the owner, I come from a career of corporate and decided to hang up the formal clothes and high heels , to live a life without performance targets and the pressure of the corporate ladder. I’ve always loved decor and wanted my own business so when the opportunity presented, I prayed for months over the change and then took the courage to start my own business.
It has been a journey thus far , one I wouldn’t trade for anything. I am constantly learning and constantly in awe of the work my team does. With out my team, my business would not be successful as it’s grown tremendously in the last 6months.
