I called Thobs TV for a new installation and they indicated they would be at our place the next day as they were busy. The guys arrived at our place the next morning as they had indicated and didn't spend more than an hour. The service was great and they kept me informed with the work they were doing. Since then ive used them in my business as well and experienced the same level of professionalism each time.
