I have been using ADT Security since I arrived in Jeffrey's in 2008 and they are amazing. Early this morning 18th November 2018 they just proved once again how amazing they are, at about 01:00 am this morning a water pipe burst in my home and my mum was alone, two of ADT's Security Operators arrived to check if everything was in order as the water had triggered the alarm. After helping to turn off the water they spent 3 hours helping my Mother clear out all the water in the house, which was not a small job as nearly every room was flooded. I would like to thank these two individuals for going above and beyond your duties and I would like to thank ADT for hiring such professionals. I have my business and home protected by ADT and there is one thing I know for sure they will always be my preferred security provider. Thanks so much again. I will def. send letters of thanks to the individuals concerned.
