As a result we are able to continue providing therapy and assistance throughout the Lock Down. Practice visits/Telephonic or On-line Counselling are allowed during this time.
If you are unsure that you will be allowed to visit the practice and would like a letter stating that you are attending an appointment, one will be provided when you book your appointment.
All necessary precautionary measures have been taken at the practice and will be adhered to at all times.

Therapy is provided in a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment. Teenagers, adults, families and couples are able to gain assistance in dealing with the difficulties in life that they face.
Every person, couple and family is unique and special, and my approach to therapy reflects this by being eclectic and shaped to you. The therapeutic approach used is based on what will work best for you in your situation, helping you to explore your difficulties, and find your way.
Assisting with a wide variety of problems, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, relationship difficulties (couples and families), the consequences of a medical condition or injury, stress, life decisions, burn out, or changes in circumstances and the management of a clinical disorder for families.
