As Chartered Management Accountants, we adhere to the professional code of conduct and ethics as required by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and all applicable laws. We have a "Complaints Handling Procedure" that we provide to our clients on signing an engagement letter and if the client is still not satisfied, they can also approach our institute and SARS for tax related matters.
