Describe a recent project that you have completed.The Graduate Empowerment Programme (GEP) was initiated in 2012 by The IIE’s Rosebank College as a m?eans to address graduate unemployment in South Africa. Through career coaching sessions, IIE graduates are taught to effectively apply and interview for employment thus empowering graduates with the tools they need to increase their chances of securing employment.
Who are some of your customers and can you provide traceable references?The IIE’s Rosebank College Graduate Empowerment Programme has to date placed over 6300 IIE graduates in employment across various South Africa companies.
