I am a dedicated hunter and sport shooter, getting a license renewed these days are getting more and more difficult, with the non stop court cases going on, one dreads renewal when the time comes. Then i came across Big Valley Trading and their director Carmen Orsmond.. What a pleasure doing business with her and her company. I contacted Carmen and within minutes after my conversation with her i received the requested quote. I made payment and received an email back starting the process again within minutes. She did not only assist with the renewals, but made inquiry with CFR and picked up on a firearm that was never removed from my name, at no extra charge and helped me with the correction thereof on the system. Carmen and her PA Meisie did 4 renewal applications for me my competency renewal. I have another firearm coming up soon and will most definitely use her again. I have used Carmen to do my applications for many years now, and as a dedicated sport shooter i do not have the time to struggle with approvals and or applications. Carmen the director at Big Valley Trading Firearm Applications Specialists (Pty) Ltd, does my application within a 5 day time frame, it is done professionally and i have never had an application done by her denied. Some of my approvals came back within two weeks of submitting my application at the SAPS. what stands out as well is that it literally takes minutes at the SAPS as all the documentation is neatly bonded in a book form and clearly marked for whomever needs to work on it. I will never use anyone else for my firearm applications and have referred her to numerous colleagues and friends, always getting a positive response back from them about her service.
