Training in the traditional Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do with Master Gregory Hart, 6th Dan in Combat Tang Soo Do and 2nd Dan in Haedong Kumdo (Korean Sword).
Master Hart has more than 25 years experiences teaching and training in the martial arts. He is the assistant coach with Grand Master Eddie Jacobsen of the Combat Tang Soo Do South African National Team, which he was part of from 1994 to 2003 winning numerous medals and championships for his country.
Master Hart has a passion for empowering the youth and teaching them leadership, self confidence and self discipline in order to contribute positively to their society. He loves teaching self defense to ladies and the youth.
The Alchemy Dojang has a proud tradition as the home of present and future champions and welcomes all those who want to train, without discrimination.
Marsha Forbes is a qualified Pilates and Yoga instructor, she offers classes to small groups and privately. She is also a sports massage therapist, CFT Practitioner and lymphatic drainage massage. She is also uniquely qualified in Pilates for Golf and specialises in 'more play with less pain'.
