Most pathetic service received. Incomprehensible silly excuses given to replace my MP200 left window via my insurance. Still not replaced after 5 days. Would never recommend them to anyone. Contacted my insurance and hope something serious will be done about it.
To whom this may concern, I was booked by my insurance company to have my windscreen replaced at Cresta Glasfit and arrived yesterday to do what I was told would be a 2 hour job. Well after well over an hour of waiting they were a long way away from even looking at my car. I asked why things were so slow and was told they were short of staff. I could not spend the whole day there so left and arranged that the windscreen be fitted at Pineslopes shopping centre today and left the details of a contact. Well, at 15h00 they still had not been there and there was no contact at all to re-arrange an appointment. All round shoddy service. I have been in Glasfit stores before and this has to be the worst service I have ever had. I complained to Glasfit Head Office verbally yesterday and got zero feedback at all so have no confidence in getting feedback here either. Regards, Ian Wilson 082 564 2976
