Onwell did laminate flooring for 3 bedrooms as per quote. Work was rushed and wedges untidy. 2 months later the flooring all lifted and literally damaged. He promised to repair. No responses for another 2 months. Now he reads messages, ignores doesn't take our calls. He's continously "out of town" That's R20k lost. Absolute unprofessional workmanship and disregard for client satisfaction. Very shoddy labour. My choice in choosing him was rated high on snupit.
Excellent work done with the replacement of sliding door wheels. Also done a very good job with the hanging of art pieces on feature walls.
