Established in 2001 by experienced and practising attorneys Duncan Houghton and Giuseppina Harper, Houghton Harper Inc is today centrally located in secure and spacious premises in Houghton Estate, one of Johannesburg’s heritage areas. Our move to Houghton Estate in 2005 was deliberate, so we could be easily accessible to people of all walks of life; those with their own transport and those reliant on public transport. And our choice of a house as a premises is reflective of who we are: a “new South Africa” firm at home with its expertise.
Headed by Duncan Houghton and Giusi Harper, we specialise in the law of delict and the recovery of damages in the most cost effective manner possible, making us one of the leading firms in this category. Complementing the services and expertise of the partners are a further four attorneys, two candidate attorneys and thirteen support staff.
