Very professional and effective but for the price he charged I hoped he would atleast replace faulty back lights instead of just switching them around

I have been waiting for over two months for my TV to be fixed.money has been paid already yet I am told that they waiting on the supplier for parts .I have been promised that they will come and fix the tv but nothing to date

Its only that some customers are unreasonable. The tv for this customer was working 100% and never gave him problem. I always communicated with him about original spares which i needed to replace on his television but i had fixed his television with alternative spares and was working well. If spares are out of stock then it was not my faulty but i communicated.
The time i fixed the television the customer paid R500 instead of R1500 and balance of R1000 was paid after 6 weeks later but i did not complain. i fixed his television and waited for his own time.
Even though i got the original spares and replaced on the television while it was working 100%, i never complain.
Please customer be reasonable and be rational. i wish you could withdraw you complain and complement.

James was very punctual Called me in 5minutes after I registered my tv problem Arrives next day exactly as promised. Took my tv elsewhere to fix before contacting James and they could not fix it As I sit this evening am enjoying my HD tv that James fixed in 2 hours Big ups to james and their team God bless
