Safety, Health and Environment
The status of the environment on which we carry out our operations is a
major concern for Nicwise Civil and Construction. We carry out
environmental friendly operations and continuously safe guard against both
air and water pollution. The health and safety of the company is the sole
mission of the management team. Our staff is taken through periodical
drills in protective clothing, fire control and natural disaster management,
first aid and safe methods of handling and operation of power tools.
Empowerment
At Nicwise Civil and Construction we believe in work delegation, imparting of
skills upon our employees and on the job training, as well as permitting
employee participating in finding solutions and decision making. As an entity,
we support black economic empowerment policy and engage previously
marginalised personnel whom we equip with both technical and practical skills.
Quality Control and Assurance
Nicwise Civil and Construction team carry out operations and building
within the confines of the National Building Regulations and Building
Standards Act of South Africa. All our works are subject to inspection and
where applicable certificates of compliance are issued and we always give
guarantee for all accomplished assignments.
