8. Security Officer Recruitment Criteria
We have our own recruitment criteria which allow us to be able to access the applicant to meet our lifestyle. We take the applicant through interviews, screenings, fitness test and also general life skills if the applicants make it through to become our team member they will then be taken through to do what we call a Siyakwamukela which is our own unique type of orientation.

We have a control room that is fitted with the latest technology equipment to make our staff members work more efficient and effective with no having to be in a position to make unnecessary mistakes we have high performance computers connected to a projected screen so as CCTV. We have all the necessary emergency direct contacts of the region we working with which includes SAPS, ambulances, fire stations and hospitals.
