we do debt counselling where we communicate with consumer credit providers in regards to the indebtedness of the consumer, we negotiate and restructure the new payment plan that will benefit both parties the consumer and the creditor once this process is accepted by both parties then the matter proceeds to court as final agreement between debt counsellor and creditor.once the court order is granted the consumer has to pay according to the court order until debt are settled in full.when debts are settled in full the debt counsellor has to issue a clearance certificate.

The experience that we have encountered so far during our years in debt counselling "is" most of consumers are reluctant to the process which result in them having to deal with harsh decision taken by the creditors, another experience that we have encountered is consumer not complying with the terms and conditions of debt review which leads to financial disaster for example defaulting on the agreement made by the debt counsellor and creditors .
