It would be nice when a human being calls to be spoken to as if you not being a pain just for shifting my appointment. It would also be appreciated to be told different options one can choose when choosing different nail polish. Its interesting when a person of different colour walks in how they get given amazing treatment. Very interesting. I've observed this twice now and its sad.
