Rebangwe Interiors was started in November 2005 by Mr. Ernest Mojaki. After 12 years experience as a master craftsman, Mr Ernest decided it was necessary to take an advantage of his immense production and management skills and experience in the industry, and to run a business in keeping with his personal philosophies
These philosophies included the opportunity to uplift our community by offering work opportunities in the area with extremely high unemployment, and to prove to staff that they were capable of providing a world class service to their clients. Furthermore, it would enable Rebangwe Interiors to prove to the industry and business in general that a pure “empowerment company” was capable of exceptional success and could be a leader in its own right. The company is also proud of the fact that it has gained a reputation in the market place for delivering exceptional quality at competitive prices. This has been achieved through a strong emphasis on job satisfaction and personal pride, by all employees in the quality for the smaller orders.
Successful installation to date have been numerous but pride of place is the installation of the Albertina Sisulu’s resource centre in Soweto, MTN Shops, Ned Bank call centre in Braamfontein, Vodacom Shops in Angola and Congo, E-Voucha offices(Sandton). This has not however distracted from the company’s ability to also ensure exceptional products and services are delivered for the smaller orders
Technically, Rebangwe Interiors is exceptionally proud of the type of products it is able to manufacture and works under the adage ”if we can’t make it nobody can” It has been the experience of the company that more interior and product designers are finding that they arte able to design more complex products in the knowledge that this company is able to manufacture to their specific design and still deliver a quality product. In today’s mechanized and computerized age, it is assuring to know that there are skilled craftsmen capable of creating exceptional products from natural resources.
Structurally, the company has a very progressive policy. While there are three managers responsible for production, finance and projects, and this attitude has proved extremely beneficial to both management and staff in that it has empowered the employees to the extent that they fully believe in their unlimited potential and has allowed management to pursue more productive roles.
