I was diagnosed with depression and a month later started seeing Pravilla. I love her counseling style, the techniques that we do. I loved the relaxation methods that she has taught me.

I am a registered Counselling Psychologist (registered with the HPCSA) practicing in Mulbarton, South of Johannesburg. I follow an integrative approach that is tailored to suit the needs and uniqueness of each of my clients. I am passionate about working with young adults, individuals and couples. I also have extensive experience in working in the field of Trauma.I provide individual and group sessions in assisting people to work through their traumatic experiences. I aim to provide a safe and healing environment for my clients, in order for them to experience continued positive psychological health and well-being.
