In my quest for information before my breast lift , every male surgeon I saw, felt I would be happy with implants, as my breasts had reduced in size and they were VERY droopy (and sad) after my weight loss. As a 54 year old I felt very strongly that implants were out of the question. What a pleasure it was to deal with Dr Norval, besides her utmost professionalism and experience, she approached my problem with empathy and sensitivity. Through my entire experience, Dr Carla was both attentive and equally as excited as I was about the results. She is kind, considerate and exceptionally approachable, and I never felt that any of my questions were regarded as silly or unfounded. I was so terrified of the pain after surgery,I kept on asking her when will the pain set in. I believe that my experience was as a result of her gentle approach, I had NO bruising and very little pain. She is a very special surgeon that listens to her patient and truly has their best interest at heart.
