Dani Donald, counsellor and founder of Tribe Counselling and Pack (Passionate And Creative Kids).
Tribe is a product of the toughest and most defining moments of Dani’s life thus far. In the midst of her academic training, Dani learnt of her father’s terminal illness, and consequently decided to readjust and adapt the way she would go about pursuing her career. Once the decision to forgo all initial plans was made, Dani committed herself to extensive postgraduate work. This field experience is what created the foundation Tribe would be built on. Dani worked with cases that involved trauma, sexual and physical abuse, grief, HIV/AIDS, play therapy, suicide, palliative care as well as individuals with physical and cognitive impairments.
As soon as Dani started working hands on with people and their stories, she fell in love with the process and took the brave leap of founding Tribe Counselling; a counselling practice based on the notion of ‘finding your people’. At Tribe, Dani offers a wide range of counselling services, adult workshops for self-betterment and programmes and workshops for kids and teens. She has founded a kids’ programme called Pack (Passionate And Creative Kids) and works closely with organisations such as Hospice, Lifeline, Footprints for Sam and Tomorrow Trust.
Dani’s passion for her work, for engaging and for growth is what allows for Tribe and Pack to go from strength to strength.

PACK (Passionate + Creative Kids) SERVICES
PACK is a unique kids and teens club that aims to strengthen your child's emotional wellbeing and resilience in the critical stages of their development. Ages 2-17.
