  • How often should I replace a tarred pavement?

    A tarred area should be replaced every 15-20 years. Obviously, it depends on the condition of the tarred area and how often any vehicles drive on the tar. It’s very easy to tell if tar should be replaced. The colour of the tar will have faded and you’ll notice some oil stains. Old tar is often cracked and crumbly too.
