I’ve never met such unethical and unprofessional service providers. When they failed to fix and service my fireplace, they stripped it and took away its parts without my permission and are refusing to bring them back. They are unashamedly using these parts which are unlawfully in their possession to extort money from me. I’ve since opened a case of theft against them.
