I am very unhappy with the sales department in, I have been waiting a week of a quotation to be sent to me. I phoned again this morning and spoke to Norman Komani in regards to a quotation on engine parts, as I am writing this I am still waiting on a quotation yet again. My customers are not happy with me taking this long with quotations. This is not the first time its taking so long to get prices on engine parts, I am well aware of the fact that you have walk in customers as well but it surely cannot take weeks to accumulate prices for a quotation. Poor customer service, sales manager does not return calls to customer queries. Overall bad service. Management is not capable to handle poor performance and low quality parts. Dont use TVH bad, bad service
they very poor service,thy ignore my emails and call especial when lunch complaining their branch manager doesn't care is like general worker
