Really impressed with the team. The rates were competitive, they worked really hard and they accomplished a lot in six hours. Afterwards they tidied up properly. I had a few issues with leakage, which will hopefully be resolved now.

Washington was there when he wanted to do the job and get his money but when I needed him to come back and fix the hole they made in my thatch after I had paid him he was no where to be found. I do not recommend

Washington arrived as promised on time to give me a competitive quote. On acceptance, he advised that his team wil be on sie at 9.30am the following morning. By 2pm, the work was completed to my satisfaction. I can recommend This team for your thatchinstallations and maintenance.

Washington was very obviously very competent in the thatching business during the quoting process. He then communicated on WhatsApp and smss efficiently. He came in with a very competitive quotation which I accepted and completed the construction of a 4.2m x 3.7m Lappa in the time he quoted. I am very happy with the work he and his team carried out.
