Really the best waterproofing company I have ever had to deal with. They took a real problematic roof that just would not stop leaking; that several other companies tried to fix and they fixed it first time. Worth every rand I had to invest and my roof was done several years ago and it still looks new and I have not had any leak issues since. Do yourself a favour and use Benjamin and his team.

I had my roof waterproofed through SwanCorp Waterproofing and they where outstanding! Bennie and his team goes above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time as they where also not the first waterproofers I have used but I am convinced they will be the last.

General maintenance work in a Complex of 15 Units. Attend to roof leaks, replace wooden doors in court yards,painting,gutters, varnishing of all Garage doors,general repairs, etc. Bennie was always friendly and courteous, had a good understanding of what was required. He was very reliable and did a lot of the work himself, and supervised his staff. His constant communication with the trustees wad appreciated. He comes highly recommended.

I had my Roof coated Through Swan Corp. As a maintenance coating was long overdue, I had this done approximately a year ago and my coating still looks as it it was done yesterday! I found the service received to be professional honest and reliable and I truly believe Swan Corp provides products of the highest standard, and of three quotes I received they were priced the best, and I feel what I spent was worth every cent!

Describe a recent project that you have completed.

A recent project we completed was at Kudu Creek in Vaalwater, Limpopo where we built Guest Rooms, Servants Quarters, a Store Room from the Foundation to Roof. We also did Seamless Rubberbased Waterproofing on the entire Corrugated Iron Roof for the entire main Farm House. We did tiling, painting, fitting of finishings, plumbing and electrical work. This was a large scale project that was ongoing for more than 8 months.

Most of our customers are private residents and small to large companies. We normally request that our customers complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey upon Project Completion and all our Customers can be contacted.

We offer a minimum of a 5 Year Product and 1 Year Workmanship Guarantee on all our work. This just depends on the product or service that you require. What the workmanship guarantee means is that for the duration of the guarantee if you have any problems on any area where we have worked we come out and repair the problem free of charge.
