Billicon Contractor is a construction and cartage company established in 2007 in King William’s Town. The company is strategically positioned to tender for government and private sector projects. We are 100% black owned and pride ourselves to be engaged with previously disadvantaged youth who not only share the same background and challenges as our company but also the passion for construction and community development.
