I can give almost 10/10 from the lady who answered the phone to Thabelo who was very friendly and fixed the pipe on a Sunday temporarily and finished the problem after getting the connection on the Monday and they rectify the paving & surroundings on the Tuesday. Brilliant, thank you Tap Tap.
