Ascott Projects is owned by Malcolm Shallcross, and has been in operation for the past 10 years. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are owner managed and each site is treated with personal care and attention from our first interface with potential clients until we move off site with a formal handover to another satisfied client.

Each of our teams has a foreman with many years of experience and who are very capable of running their sites in a professional manner. We have various skilled teams who's expertise range from painting, tiling, plumbing, electrical, renovations, building as well as general maintenance of a property. Our painting team is highly trained in both preparation and finishes.

We have developed strong relationships with our suppliers and through this are able to call on their expertise on site should we need to.
