ABOUT US
We are proud to say that we are in operation from Gauteng through to Cape Town with a team that
grew with the company. All projects are under full supervision 24/7 and our motto is quality and
service and no job is too big or too small.
Health and safety is high on our priority list and always ensure that not only our team, but the
environment are protected at all times from any damage or harm. Our staff is trained in fire fighting
and first aid and has a safety officer on site at all times. Inspections are done as per the legislation
requirements and “on site” training or “toolbox talk” is a main focus to ensure our staff is aware of
all aspects of safety hazards on the job.
Our staff is rigged with Ovealls, vests, hats and safety gloves with the Company Logo to be easely
identified. Every staff member has an employment contract with Bezco Fencing and are
remunerated on a monthly basis and paid above the labour guidelines. A yearly increase is given to
all according to performance but no less than inflation. Although bonuses are not in the employment
contract, Bezco fencing has managed to pay the said to all staff.
