I was very disappointed with the service I received on Sunday 20 January 2019 as a guest of a family reunion held at Image and Lifestyle venue in Fordsburg . I paid for a ticket only to be yelled at by Aadil saith , owner of Unusual Function hire . When I requested for food to be sent to the kids table where mummies were waiting with hungry kids , he screamed at me " there's no platters for that table , go sit somewhere else". Poor behavior by a well known businessman . what a reprehensible and uncalled for display of temper . may i remind you that you are in the HOSPITALITY business. A simple "Sure" would have have been the been response . I personally witnessed him shouting at the waiting while repeatedly banging on the table . Is this how you treat staff and clients? SHAME ON YOU
