Top Plan opened its doors on the 1st of March 1983. Since then, we constructed more than 2000 houses; most of them plot and plan. We also did various group housing developments where we gave the clients as much options as possible to render their houses in their own style.
Originally, we were mostly in the mid-size house bracket, but currently find ourselves more towards the high-end bracket of the house market. Now, we can proudly say that we are capable of constructing all types of houses, from small to small castles.
We always try to give back to the community by doing projects like churches and community halls, etc. Together with Murray and Roberts, we also helped with the construction of 1300 low-cost houses in Kalkfontein. Aiming to bring some relief, Top Plan also supports CANSA, Boys Town and two, local soup kitchens.
We are privileged to be part of a company started and guided by our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ and strive to give our best effort, with integrity and values obtained from the Bible.
