We initially asked It's Time Sasekisa Construction to level and tile a floor in a bathroom we were renovating. Their quote was competitive with the others. What tipped the scales in their favour was they were prompt in providing the quote and it was clear what work they were undertaking.
After they did such a good job with the floor we asked them to plaster the walls and tile them. We were planning to do it ourselves, but their quote was good and their work ethic and professionalism made it worth our while.
The job was done on time and in accordance with what we had agreed. When they felt a better job could be done they cleared it with us first, so that the final product was what we wanted.
I would highly recommend them. They are reasonably prices, professional and they get the work done according to what was agreed and on time.
