Dalene and the team came through to face what I would call an absolute disaster. We were borderline thinking of redoing the entire pool.
They worked their magic and within 3 hours, where out the door. The pool is left looking as if it was brand new.
I cannot thank them enough! They could have easily quoted me for redoing the pool, but instead from the get go stated that they could do a deep clean and acid wash, and it would work.

He kept in contact with the company that he recommended do the repairs that I needed...which were significant...and has kept my pool looking better than it ever has since the repairs were completed. His weekly service, which is always followed by an email giving me details of how my pool is doing and what he has done, is unlike any other that I have experiences in the past. We had monthly pool service and some repair work. Pool Butlers were very professional and I would recommend to anyone needing their services. It was a pleasure whenever Dalene and her crew were here. They were always on time and could adjust schedule if we needed.

The Pool Butler guys replaced the old sand in the sand filter with the new sand. They then cleaned the pool and increased the water level, overall i'm satisfied with their services.
