I have written a review before, but it did not get posted. This company walks away with your money and does not complete the job. I have tried to launch a claim with the small claims court, however, the adresss listed is a house that is not occupied, not a business adress. When trying to get hold of the people, to finish the job, you cannot get hold of them on listed number or on the invoice. Please make people aware not to use this company.
NT & Giants Construction delivered a poor unprofessional service and charged professional prices on roof repairs and guttering. I continuously showed them the improvement requiered, however, they failed to deliver per the contract specification or my requests to fix their mistakes.They did not complete the job to satisfaction and fail to communicate when they will rectify the poor quality.They do not keep appointment times or keep you informed of changes to the work schedule.The work is still not complete after 3 weeks, after informing us the job will take 3 days. The guttering finishing and paint job is terrible, and the roof second coat not complete.I will not recommend using their services. It is unacceptable to spend R20 K and not get your money's worth.
