Despite the negative review on Snupit, Austin was the first service provider that called and followed up on my availability and his perseverance earned him the job. On the day he arranged to quote he was on time for his appointment and was able fixed the job on site on the same day as he had brought service spares and was well organised. His quote was reasonable and I was very happy with the way he done the job and his professional experience. He went out of his was to get my electric motor a new door and lock and was very efficient in getting back to me with a quote. I got a 3 month guarantee on the job done and was very happy with the service provided to me. I would recommend Austin and will use his services again in the future should I require them again.
Good day, I'm utterly dissapointed in the service I have received or maybe because I'm a young lady so hence the disrespect from your company, I requested for your services in September for my garage door to be fixed and paid R1550 but hardly a month the garage door gave me a problem and I reported to Peter whose the one who assisted me, since he's been promising to come and fix till to this day 2020-11-28 nothing has happened. So I want to know what do I need to do to have this sorted or maybe i should resort to the newspapers, I feel so insulted as our safety as a family is at stake....the car is exposed and we are victims of thugs....kindly revert back to me asap
