Wouldn’t recommend him at all. He worked and left a mess afterwards. We thought we could give him a second chance, he came to fix our geyser this time but clearly it wasn’t fixed because a few days later the ceiling had a leak. Called him to please come assess it and he didn’t commit to the time he said he would. He requested to come the following day and he didn’t pitch up and he isn’t replying to my messages or answering my phone. Now we’re sitting with a leaking.I wouldn’t have left such a review if there was communication but I don’t want anyone else to experience this kind of service especially if they are paying for it.
I asked this guy for services of on installation of a sliding door on the 24th of December, he came and did half the job. He promised to come finish up but has been making excuses ever since then ,its a month now and my door doesn't lock .The parts keep deattaching . I need help.He doesn't reply my texts anymore and declines my calls.
I required my sliding door repaired. I sent a request to Snupit very late at night and at 8.30 the next morning White Word Painting and Renovations called. I had errands in the morning but he eagerly agreed to quote and fix if the price was agreeable that very afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised. He was on time, clear in his explanation of the repairs required and fair in his billing. The repairs was done efficiently and when done my door could roll effortlessly.
