Install and configure appropriate software and functions
according to specifications.
: Onboarding of new joiners in active directory and exchange
accounts.
: Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers,
laptops, LED or LCD screens, Tablets, notepads, printers, and
any other authorized peripheral equipment.
: Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral
devices (routers, printers etc.)
: Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize
performance.
: Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
: Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate
new software and computer equipment.
: Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without
deterring others from completing their work.
: Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
(repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
: Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance
schedule.
: Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place
orders.
: Maintain inventory and asset tracking.
Installation, setup, maintaining and training of all relevant
systems, hardware, services, networks and software daily.
: Set up, maintain or repair computer equipment and related
devices.
: Installation and troubleshooting of networking equipment.
: Attend to all service activities (whether on-site or telephonic
support) assigned to the technician according to service level
agreement timeframes.
: Train users to work with new computer hardware or software.
: Undertake any other tasks or once-off projects which may be
assigned from time-to-time.
: Provide advanced technical support for energy management,
generation, and storage solutions.
: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated
from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
: Perform in-depth diagnostics and analysis of system
performance and technical problems.
: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and
validate technical solutions.
: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our clients products and
services, as well as industry trends and technologies.
: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including
troubleshooting guides and best practices.
: Conduct on-site visits to client locations for technical support
and system optimization, as needed.
Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software, including setting up internet connections and wireless networks (WiFi).
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve network issues, connectivity problems, and hardware/software malfunctions for users and the overall system.
Maintenance & Monitoring: Perform routine tasks like backups, updates, patching, and monitoring network performance to prevent interruptions.
