The lady cashier that assisted me last night at the drive thru was rude. Kept on insisting on speaking Zulu/Xhosa to me despite the fact that I kept on indicating that I don't understand her. I was told to wait for 18 minutes for the meat only for the meat to be ready in less than 10 minutes. so I am not sure if it was a stunt to discourage me from buying or not.
