I ordered a baby girl arrangement from Linda at Flowers Atlantic in milnerton telling her it was for my newborn granddaughter and I would like pink flowers seeings it’s a baby girl. The flower arrangement was more yellows n reds with a beige teddy and a random pink balloon. When I told her I was unhappy about her choice of colour of flowers seeing it was a baby girl and her choice of colors was more mature for a Mother’s Day or boy gift she snubbed me and said she was not a photographer and I should have a beautiful life and she doesn’t need tips from me. I told her I was dissapointed since with netflorist I would’ve known what I was paying for. She said netflorist rips people off and told me cheers. At no point was she apologetic or open to criticism or even admitted that her choice of colors for a baby girl might have been wrong. Definetly not customer friendly and won’t be using them again.
