Minuteman Press Montague Gardens is my go-to for printing and signage. The staff are highly experienced, efficient, helpful and give valuable advice. All staff members have always been warm and welcoming and I look forward to going there every time. Prices are very reasonable and communication has consistently been a strong-point of theirs too, thank-you team; Respect and appreciation.
I will NEVER do business with Minuteman Press in Montague Gardens! The owner is nothing but despicable and rude with not even the faintest hint of customer service knowledge! They are highly unprofessional and incredibly incompetent! They quoted me one price, as I had my own artwork, and I asked for an exemple of what the business card would look like. Then the final account was for R300+ because they had to do they layout. And then he downright threw a tantrum because I did not want to pay the incoreased price and underhandedly accused me of only getting them to send me the example so that I could steal their artwork and layout! But I GAVE them the artwork!! As if...I don't think I've ever been so insulted in my life and I will NEVER do business with any of their branches!!!
