About Us

SMF Designs (Structural Mezzanine Floors) operates mainly in the greater Cape Town area and with a new branch in Ceres is reaching further into the Western Cape, yet we do also supply and install country wide. The business was started in the year 2000 by Antoinette van Vuuren who had up until then been working in the industrial steel shelving and storage systems industry for the past seven years. With her drafting and design background and the knowledge of the steel industry as well as various business and technical skills acquired along the way Structural Mezzanine Floors was established.
