Objective
The objective is to architecturally create an innovative habitat and to promote a more cohesive living environment among its users. Architecture must encourage interaction and interconnection with its surrounding environment, be it the natural or urban landscape. Through this approach, community life can be encouraged, nature can be integrated within the human habitat, and sustainable living can be enhanced.
The Architect
CORNELIS MULLER
Over 18 years of experience in public, private and commercial architecture, from inception to completion .
While employed by architectural practices he worked on numerous acclaimed projects. These included projects in Melrose Arch - Johannesburg and V&A Waterfront Silo district - Capetown, and a number of high end Residences on the Atlantic Seaboard.
Cornelis holds an M.Arch (Prof) degree from the University of Pretoria, and is registered as Professional Architect at the South African council of the Architectural Proffesion (PrArch7887).
As an accredited Professional at the Green Building Council South Africa, his aim is to design sustainable buildings, where form not only follows function, but it's footprint on the environment as well.
