Mrs Wilma Marsburg was my financial adviser for about 5 years. After retiring in 2012, I had reason to doubt some of the advice she had given me, and after getting a 2nd opinion from another Broker, I have lost all trust in her, and I notified her by e-mail that I have decided to take my business away from her. She responded by insulting me. She then unlawfully, without my permission or knowledge, logged into my SARS e-filing account and submitted an additional tax return on my behalf, declaring false information and figures. She exploited her position of trust and confidence as a Broker and made herself guilty of illegal activities, defamation and harassment.
