Excellent service. Ettienne and his staff was always helpful. He left, but nowadays Lamar and the other staff there is just as helpfull and knowledgeable. I regularly refer my friends to the MTN Newcastle mall shop.The shop is always clean, the staff helpful and willing. There is no sign of old promotional material and the staff has always been polite. I once witnessed Lamar dealing very professionally with a very irate, (Chinese) male customer. Although he was abusive, she never lost her cool. He left calm and satisfied, according to me.It is also one of the extremely few bussinesses, that I have encountered in 17 years in Newcastle, that will actually phone you back if they have get back to you.It has been a pleasure to deal with these guys for may years.
