Absolutely pathetic customer service as the following was never fixed post the job:
1. Several chipped tiles.
2. Several areas of tiles and skirts without grout.
3. Several tiles that grossly exceeded the 3mm gaps.
4. Tile skirt beadings loose.
5. Transition aluminum strips between rooms that came off loose.
6. Areas on the walls that he plastered that were not level.
Because Jacques had told me that I should let him know the next day if I was unhappy with anything, I assumed that he would come.to correct it. On the 29th April he informed me that he was paid on 28th April and it takes 48 hours for the money to clear, once cleared, he will come through. 180 hours later and he still hasn't fulfilled his promise to attend to his snag list.
Don't make the same mistake that I made. Absolutely pathetic customer service...

Sampsons Renovations are a trustworthy company who did an excellent job for us when they put in a ceiling and painted the new ceiling on our patio. It was a difficult job by they did a very good job of it.. They also replaced old brandering on our double story house roof and replaced tiles on the patio. The job was done very well. When the jobs were finished they cleaned it up and removed the rubble as well. I will definitely use their services in the near future for other maintenance or building work.
