Dr Kemp offers excellent Service. I am extremely happy with his Service, but there is a young lady at his reception that is not very nice. Anyway, all I need now, is a letter which I need to attach to my application for early retirement, which must be handed in at our Regional office by 15th July 2019. Please will you be so kind and assist me with this. Just a letter stating since when dr. have been seeing me and for which ailments. I am tired. I cannot handle this any longer. Please help.
